Terms of Service

1. What This Is

The Curator is a free, fan-made tool for managing physical Magic: The Gathering card lists, decks, and cubes. It is not produced by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.

2. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.

3. What We Store

We store your username, email address, hashed password, and your cube/binder collection data. Draft sessions and pick history are stored for your use. We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties. Your data lives on a self-hosted server and is not sent to analytics or advertising services.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't abuse the service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to access other users' data
  • Automated bulk requests beyond normal use
  • Attempting to disrupt the service or exploit vulnerabilities

If you discover a security issue, please report it via the contact form rather than exploiting it.

5. Third-Party Services

The Curator uses data from Scryfall (card data, images, prices) and fetches the official cube list from Wizards of the Coast. Card images and Magic: The Gathering content are copyright Wizards of the Coast, LLC. Use of this site is subject to the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy.

6. No Warranty

This service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or data preservation. Backups are maintained but data loss is possible. The service may be discontinued at any time.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Administrators may also remove accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
